Industrial design is understood to mean appearance of a product or its part, consisting particulary of signs of lines, contours, colors, shape, material structure of the product per se or ornamentation. It involves a visually perceiivable feature or component of a product.
The product means an industrially or hand-made object, including parts intended for assembly into a single compound product, also a graphic symbol or typograpgic sign except for computer programs.
